An area in which I have a special interest is the effect of trauma upon the body and how it is often held within the nervous system creating long term anxiety and other health issues.  Last year I began a three year post graduate course in Somatic Experiencing which is briefly explained as a:

“pioneering body-based approach to overcoming trauma, shock and other stress disorders.” http://www.seauk.org.uk/
